What a good face enhancer should and should not do
It should restore focus on the eyes (the first thing viewers look at), recover lashes, hair edges and skin texture, and clean up noise from indoor light.
It should not change who the person is. Many face enhancers quietly slim faces, enlarge eyes and smooth skin into plastic. Our AI pass is told to keep identity, age, expression and skin texture, but it is still a generative model: compare before you save, and keep the original for anything official.

Questions people ask
How do I make a blurry face clear?
Open the photo, raise Deblur and Sharpen a little, then press AI face enhance. For very small or very blurry faces the AI pass makes the biggest difference.
Will the AI change how the person looks?
It is instructed not to beautify or change identity, but small details such as teeth, eye shape or freckles can shift. Use the before/after divider to check.
Can I use it for ID or passport photos?
No. Official photo rules (for example the US State Department’s) forbid retouching that changes appearance. Use only light exposure fixes for those.
